This project involves a giant breadboard 8 feet long. I will help attendees build basic circuits with LEDs, jump wires, buzzers, and other basic electronic components. Although this interactive activity is great for all ages, it is designed to engage younger kids in electronics and electrical engineering.

When I was younger, I took a class that introduced me to basic electronics and electrical engineering. The class taught me with a combination of arduinos and breadboards to create basic circuits. When I saw the LED on the #13 pin light up, it felt as if a had gained a magical power. At that moment, I realized how the world around us is powered by electronics. My brain immediately thought about the different light circuits within my house, and I could imagine the lights in the roof as some giant LEDs on a breadboard.
