The rover is expected to complete tasks such as inserting USB's, picking up 10Kg, traverse terrain autonomously, detect aruco tags, avoid obstacles like rocks, goto set GPS locations set up by a map, traverse rough terrain, and be controlled from up to 2Km away in an open field. There are also some science tasks like detecting life on our rover that we will have to accomplish as well.
