Charlyn is a coder by sunlight and maker by moonlight. She enjoys creating different forms of unique glowy art, often with 3D printers, laser cutters and microcontrollers. Sometimes with paper and brass. Mostly with LEDs. She has published how-to articles for Make: Magazine and Adafruit and she delights in sharing the joy of creativity with others.

I'm often inspired by the aesthetics of the materials I discover, whether it's a unique LED or a captivating combination of textures and colors. My work is also deeply influenced by the artistry and imaginative worlds found in video games and sci-fi movies.
