The vehicle chassis is constructed from 1-1/2" and 2" tubular frames. It is powered by a 10 hp Tecumseh TVXL220 motor with Zt3100 hydrostatic transmissions driving the front axle. A third swivel caster behind the front axle provides maneuverability and stability.

It employs a 3D stereo camera to capture spatial data and convert it into musical sounds, indicating obstacle positions and distances. For hearing impairments, it uses Pitch Shifting to adjust sound frequencies to the user's hearing range and Time Stretching to modify the duration of audio signals for better comprehension.
