Kris Campbell is an artist that lives and works out of Rockland County, New York who is a contemporary fiber artist that has an MFA from School of Visual Arts, a BA from Lafayette College and studied art theory at the original Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia. Recently, Kris was named 2021 Visual Artist of the Year for Rockland County, NY. Color, Surface and Soul are the ideas threaded throughout the work. Barriers, energy and space connect the ideas.

As a contemporary artist, I am interested in new ways to create art. AI is the newest idea in creating images. I am learning AI and love the challenge of making a video using the images created from the process.
