Woodturning - Turning a Wooden Bowl

Woodturning is the craft of using the wood lathe with hand-held tools to shape a piece of wood into useful or decorative objects. In this demonstration I will show the process of turning a wooden bowl.

What inspired you to make this project?:
I have been a woodturner for over 30 years. Since every piece of wood is unique, every piece I turn is a surprise. I enjoy cutting into a piece of and wood shaping it to highlight the natural beauty of the color and grain that is inside.
