McVicker Pickles creates unique pickled products and teaches food preservation classes in the Bay Area. We take traditional recipes and "Give 'em the McVicker!" with fresh flavor combinations that highlight the best of California's seasonal produce.
Kelly McVicker
Kelly McVicker is the owner of San Francisco-based McVicker Pickles, where she blends her Kansas roots with California flavors via small batch pickles and other preserved goods. She also teaches workshops on food preservation throughout the Bay Area.
