The Diablo Valley College architecture program welcomes visitors to visit the DVC Tempus pavilion. Based on the concept of time and fabricated using CNC technology, the pavilion features 120 vertical components and an interactive LED lighting design.

Born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, Bachir grew an interest in architecture at an early age. He is currently enrolled in Diablo Valley College as an architecture major and works part time in an architectural firm.

Francois was born and raised in Nantes, France. He is an art enthusiast interested in painting, sculpture, and photography. Francois began his education as an aircraft engineer and obtained his private pilot's license before studying architecture.

Joseph Beltran Maker Picture

Joseph Beltran

Joseph is from Sinaloa, Mexico and currently studying architecture at Diablo Valley College. He is inspired to create architecture through travel, visiting new cities and exploring different cultures.

Cole Sicora-Friesen Maker Picture

Cole Sicora-Friesen

Cole Sicora-Friesen is an architecture and art student at Diablo Valley College. He has been exploring woodworking and sculpture, and approaches architecture in the same way he builds furniture and sculpts clay,expressing art, function, and form.

Carlos Lozano Maker Picture

Carlos Lozano

Carlos was born in Junin, Peru and studies architecture at Diablo Valley College. His father, an agricultural engineer, was one of the most influential people in his life, influencing him to pursue a degree in design.
