AXR- Allianance of Extraordinary Rebels
A Group that is a mix of adults and high school students that are interested in robotics and making. Some are experts in a particular field , while others are creative. This eclectic group can make it happen.
A tele-presence robot showcasing industrial arts to bring an interactive experience to people inside and outside the faire.
What inspired you to make this project?:
Make magazine number 27 started it- Article on a roomba robot. Then the ideas flowed from there. I also have a great desire to get kids exposed to the Maker world in interesting ways. Broadening the minds of our youth to create makes for a better and more interesting future.
