The newest thing to come out of Dearborn is 101 years old! Ford installed an assembly line in the Highland Park plant in 1913. In 2014, Jim Bustamante (now the CEO of a small car company) installed an assembly line in a vintage Airstream. Eureka!

What inspired you to make this project?:
I love designing, manufacturing, machining, inventing, tinkering, repairing, and re-purposing. I especially love things with wheels and motors. When I designed and prototyped my first Model B Truck, I realized it would be just as much fun for kids to go through the build-process themselves as it would be to have the model.
