Progetto OnFoods
Our stand presents the results of the national research project OnFoods, which promotes innovation for healthier, safer, and more sustainable food. Visitors will experience immersive and interactive activities, including a 360° virtual reality journey on climate and diets, the VisionMeal system for smart canteens, interactive food education tools, fortified pasta, edible packaging, and advanced analytical techniques. The stand offers an engaging path between science, education, and awareness, guiding the public toward the food of the future.

Il progetto OnFoods è fortemente interdisciplinare: i 7 Spoke affrontano temi molto diversi, dalla sostenibilità alla salute, dalla riformulazione alimentare all’economia circolare. Noi giovani ricercatori proveniamo da ambiti eterogenei – chimica, biologia, tecnologia alimentare, economia – e collaboriamo per trovare soluzioni innovative nel settore agroalimentare. Questo approccio integrato ci ha resi maker, unendo ricerca scientifica e creatività pratica.
