Il progetto, sviluppato in KiCAD e in parte certificato Open Source Hardware, dimostra come sia possibile realizzare elettronica high-speed con strumenti open source. MINIMA include connettività avanzata: USB-C PD, USB 2.0, Ethernet, HDMI, M.2, CSI/DSI, I2C, SPI e ventola. Il progetto ha attirato l’interesse di maker e youtuber come Manuel Imboden (per CubeSat) e Jeff Geerling. L'autore presenterà MINIMA alla Maker Faire con dimostrazioni pratiche, incluso un sistema di machine vision con classificazione immagini e stima pose tramite acceleratore HAILO.

It is a versatile container for food processing, suitable for slow cooking and steaming, fermentation, and for keeping food cold (or hot), thanks to the principle of thermal inertia. Exploiting the insulating power of wool—a precious resource that has been ‘forgotten’ for too long—it allows food to continue the cooking process started on the stove and/or maintain its temperature in a controlled way. It reduces energy, water, emissions, and labor time, both at home and in small-scale catering. The LCA results have been remarkable, carried out by SEAcoop STP (Turin), 2025: Life Cycle Assessment of the Filo & Fibra Slow Cooker; a study reviewed and validated by Dr. Benedetto Rugani (CNR-IRET Porano). In simple terms… the Slow Cooker is sustainable and safe!

Les fours traditionnels ne sont pas capables de descendre à ces basses températures avec un contrôle précis. Le four ne doit pas être mis en marche, il est utilisé comme une enceinte close, dont la température intérieure est contrôlée par le pousse-pain. La température est réglable sur le pousse-pain et mémorisée.
