What inspired you to make this project?:
The general problem of accurate position tracking and navigation is core to many of the things I do for a living. It also solves a bunch of problems in many other fields that people have struggled with for generations. The maker community is way smarter than any individual maker, I want to offer the community a low cost, simplified version of this technology and see what amazing things they can make with it.
