Presented by The Mare Island Company with art curation and project management by Local Edition Creative, the sixth annual Artyard Sculpture Exhibit is now on display from May 2026 to May 2027. The show brings a bold collection of temporary sculptures to one of the most beautiful and intriguing corners of the San Francisco Bay Area. Wander the historic grounds of Mare Island and take in four striking works: Nebula Rider by Adrian Landon, The Knight by Matt Burney and Joe Mross, Farmer the Rigger by Zulu Heru, and The Performer by Jeff Owen. Three line the scenic waterfront promenade at 850 Nimitz Ave. The fourth waits in the Historic Core, near the Redwood Empire Whiskey Bar and Tasting Room.
