Be a part of the magic
Lend a hand. Make it happen.
It takes a village to make Maker Faire happen. Join us September 25–27, 2026 at Mare Island Naval Shipyard.
Together we’re going to make this year’s Maker Faire a unique, educational, safe, and extraordinary experience for everyone who walks through the gates. Thank you for your interest in getting involved.

How do I know if I was accepted?
- We work hard to accept everyone who applies. If you signed up, you’ll receive an email confirmation with more information.
Will I get more information about my position and being onsite?
- Yes. Details keep moving right up until the event, but you’ll get a full volunteer overview before the Faire.
I'm part of a large group that wants to help, do we all have to sign up?
