Adam Zeloof
Adam is a student/graduate of Carnegie Mellon University where he is perusing a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is interested in robotics, cars, radio, music, and pretty much anything else.
Matt Martone
Matt is a roboticist with a background in Mechanical Engineering, or maybe a mechanical engineer with a background in Robotics. His work at the Biorobotics Lab and NASA-JPL focuses on robots that interact with their environments in novel ways.
A three-axis rotary CNC that can mill cylindrical parts/features such as camshafts and keyways from plastic, foam, and (maybe) Aluminum.
What inspired you to make this project?:
When my friends and I were in our Freshman year of college, we wanted to machine our own lightsaber hilts. In out Senior year, we created a machine capable of doing it 🙂
