Macaron Parlour was founded in 2010 by Christina Ha and Simon Tung. The dynamic duo independently fantasized about opening their own bakery and upon meeting, Macaron Parlour was born. Christina has a love for bite sized petit fours and studied macarons at La Haute Patisserie Pierre Herme in Paris. She is also a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education for both Baking & Pastry Arts as well as the Culinary Management Program. She recently graduated the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
Simon Tung
Macaron Parlour offers an array of macarons that expand beyond traditional flavors and shapes. They are constantly looking for ways to push the boundaries of tradition by including flavors like s'mores, cheetos, and hand-piping special shapes like animals or emojis.
