Clay Wanderer

Dinosaurs roar, bones clank & mermaids flex from the hand carved pots of Clay Wanderer. The artistic child in a family of engineers, Jesse learned from an early age the messy glory of science. She now spends her day covered in clay & mixing glazes.

What inspired you to make this project?:
In ceramics I found a way to integrate my scientific fascinations with functional art. Additionally, the process of working with clay has been very therapeutic for myself and other artists I work with in the mental health recovery community.
