Agritecture
Agritecture was founded as a blog in 2011. Our initial goal was to be a resource for urban agriculture news, business, and design. In 2014, we began a consulting practice and in 2015 we developed our first +Farm. Now, we are making +Farm open source!

The +Farm is an open source, DIY, customizable, artificially lit hydroponic smart farm.
What inspired you to make this project?:
In 2015 we built our first +Farm for a special needs school in Maryland. The students and faculty loved the initial +Farm, and we built several more for them. The physical and mental health outcomes were immensely positive, so we've decided to make the project open source and share everything we learned.
