Raspberry Pi in CS and Beyond - the Making of a Raspberry Pi Powered Apiary

The Raspberry Pi is an ultra-mini, super-powered making-machine -powering amazing projects, and empowering people to make everything, everywhere. At High Tech, students constructed an apiary to study and battle colony collapse disorder, and the Raspberry Pi is helping them keep an eye on their bees.

What inspired you to begin investigating your topic or inspired you to make your project?:
I am intrigued, fascinated, and driven by the spirit of making, and I use that energy and philosophy to help my students solve problems that are important to them.
