Maker13 and the Maker Mobile

The Maker Mobile is designed to Educate and Inspire communities to Create and Build. We do that by connecting people to local makerspaces, schools, trade schools, libraries, and manufacturing/skilled labor jobs. We create custom demos for our region

What inspired you to make this project?:
Local manufacturing needs a highly skilled labor force that understands advanced manufacturing tools. Most schools in the region have done away with home economics and shop class. The manufactures wanted to redefine what the future of shop class can look like and what equipment in current manufacturing looks like. We designed the trailer to highlight that, but also point people at alternate places to learn about awesome maker tools.
