Are you interested in making your own microdrone but not sure of where to start? Let's walk through the anatomy of a micro drone from frame to battery, and explain the different features and options for building your own little drone!
What inspired you to begin investigating your topic or inspired you to make your project?:
I have a love for flying, and have always been interested in first person view projects. With the advent of affordable microdrones I was able to indulge that love. I also really enjoy building things, and with the wide array of frames, motors, cameras, and other options available, building my own drone was easy and exciting, but there tends to not be a lot of documentation out there on how to get started and what parts you need to start from scratch, so in the interest of getting more people involved in building their own microdrones I wanted to present this topic!
