MAKERS
Scott Van Campen
Scott is the Executive Director and co founder of Staten Island Makerspace. He is a sculptor, welder, metalurgical artisan, and lifelong maker.
Kevin Mahoney
Kevin is a IT solutions architect, graffiti artist, programmer, mentor with the 2ish community center.
Nick Devitto
Nick is a programmer and a college student and hav volunteered to help out with this project.
A sculpture with 7 Raspberry Pi Cameras that creates a 3D portrait. That portrait is then morphed with all of the other portraits to create a single 3D portrait that is a combination of all of the faces that were photographed at the World Maker Faire
What inspired you to make this project?:
The original idea was to create one face that represents everyone. The project has become much more abstract, and the images that are being created as we morph the faces together are other worldly.
