The NeedleArts Zone is an educational outreach program of The National NeedleArts Association, an organization representing all aspects of the professional needlearts industry.
The NeedleArts Zone teaches knitting, crochet, cross-stitch, needlepoint, spinning and weaving to all who drop in. Lessons are free, and students take home their learning materials or finished weaving project at no charge. Join us!
What inspired you to make this project?:
We need to continue to create new needleartists in order to have our industry continue to exist. But beyond that, we want to share our love of needlearts. Our teachers are all volunteers, not professionals, and they enjoy sharing their knowledge with new people of all ages.
