Home: New York, United States

In this Visual Arts course, students learned to use sophisticated CAD, 3D modeling and other design software and developed complex physical objects of art or sculptures. Digital Design and Fabrication tools have greatly expanded our expressive and creative abilities as artists, designers and creators. Software packages have enabled the authorship and iterative design of complex objects. At the same time contemporary digital fabrication tools such as 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC milling machines and waterjet cutters work hand in hand with these design tools, creating new digital to physical workflows which allow us to create things in new ways which effectively enables us to create new types of things.
