The system consists of a base and 24 shapes. On the base, there are two vibrating plates, one for each child, who takes turns placing a shape corresponding to the color shown on the central button. The goal for the child is to build a structure as tall as possible, trying to keep it steady after the vibrations, level by level. The first player whose construction falls, loses. There are 6 shapes provided for each color, corresponding to randomly changing LEDs, making the game dynamic with varying levels of difficulty dictated by the shapes themselves. It is simple, affordable, and intuitive.

Arduino-based organ perfusion system.

Laboratory equipment could be expensive and their cost can be unsustainable for scientists with limited financial resources. In order to overcome these limits we build a scalable organ perfusion system for research purposes based on Arduino boards, pressure transducers, peristaltic pumps, a thermostatic unit, and a micro-oxygenator. Our system is designed to measure the mechanical properties of rat liver, however, it can be rearranged to perform other research on subnormothermic or hypothermic ex-vivo perfusion of liver and kidney or to realize peritoneal or isolated limb perfusion models.

ROVRDUINO

ROVRDUINO is a small rover platform powered by an ATmega328 microcontroller. Much like the Arduino UNO, the ROVRDUINO has a "REV3" style footprint with the same headers capable of using existing Arduino shields and modules. This little robot features a variety of onboard sensors and can be programmed using the Arduino IDE. Because ROVRDUINO is intended to be a DIY kit, it can be easily soldered and assembled in just a single afternoon. While the ROVRDUINO doesn't require any advanced knowledge of electronics or microcontrollers, it can be modded and upgraded with all kinds of innovative ideas.

E-Chopper

E-chopper is an electric vehicle retrofit created by a group of students from the IIS G. Vallauri institute in Fossano (CN). They refurbished an old chopper, integrated it with a position monitoring system, and provided a comprehensive overview of the vehicle's electric efficiency during the journey. The project aims to address the inherent safety issues of traditional electric scooters by offering a similarly compact vehicle that closely resembles the characteristics of a bicycle.
