Ivy A. Lewis is the owner of Ivy’s Jewelry Box, LLC, incorporated in 2018. She has been designing jewelry for over 20 years. Her interest and passion for jewelry making grew from her knowledge and skills in sewing, crocheting, and knitting and an opportunity to replicate a crochet wire bracelet cuff she spotted on the wrist of a trainer whose staff development workshop she attended. Seeing jewelry crocheted with wire was a major inspiration, and something she had to try. Her first piece of jewelry fabrication was the wire crocheted cuff with beads. Her interest in jewelry making and design grew from there to include beaded necklaces and bracelets, earrings, and rings. She later discovered a passion for wire wrapping and other fabrications with wire, and more recently, leather, primarily leather cords.
