Malawi's Response to COVID: A Menu of Open Sourced Designed Produced in a University Makerspace

Malawi's Polytechnic University Makerspace, called the Poly Design Studio has been adapting open source plans for all manner of COVID related equipment and machines, from masks to hands free handwashing stations. They have been producing these all as part of a community effort to distribute these to district hospitals, health care staff, and communities. Learn from Makerspace director Hilary Llodzanyama about their production using available materials and the respsonse from local and international aid organizations.
