A wearable gadget to raise awareness and make children and adolescents understand the danger of the COVID-19 virus
In recent months I have worked on the creation of an educational portal in e-learning mode, a robotics school for children 6-14 years with innovative, interactive activities. I thought of something different, a mix of LIVE ed lessons interactive activities to encourage the collaboration of my pupils even if distant, a new way of training
addictive.

IoRestoDistante is a simple wearable gadget made with microbit and an sonar sensor that allows you to notify the wearer when a person approaches less than 1 meter! the device emits a sound effect if a person crosses the safety distance and displays a danger image!
its purpose is to introduce programming concepts to it time to inform children on the current social issue the COVID.
The launch of the portal www.e-italmaker.it will include the IoRestoDistante project, it will be accompanied by instructions for carrying out the project and an interactive activity in which the child can learn the anti COVID-19 prevention rules.
Understanding, informing and creating are my priorities right now, the project is my small contribution, I think in this
besides medicine and science, the only cure applicable to every single citizen is common sense!
For the little ones, a good practice to apply common sense is to understand and get the right information.

The portal will offer many courses including a course for children called "IoRestoDistante" on the use and the
microbit programming with sensors, the theme will be COVID-19, from the disinfectant dipsenser to the
gadget remains distant ... and other news!
