We will explore hobby pewter casting as an approachable way to make metal components, jewelry, and props. We will explain how to identify and melt and clean recycled pewter. We will then demonstrate casting in sand, silicone, MDF, and even cardboard. Using common hand tools and inexpensive materials, anyone can produce beautiful and functional metal objects in minutes.
