Working with the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. The FabLab created a 3D printed "L" bracket to attach to the ultrasound monitor. This bracket is used to mount a plastic shield between the technician and the patient. The design is portable and can be easily disassembled and for transport or attaching to another ultrasound machine.
