Using creativity, humor, and rhythm, Aaron will lead participants through facilitated rhythm games and ice-breakers, exploring world rhythms as well as unscripted eruptions dancing and laughter, leaving participants feeling more connected and inspired during a time of unprecedented isolation and disconnection. This workshop is open to people of all ages and experience levels. Participants will bring their own instrument to play, either something around the house that they have or be creative and make your own found sound instrument.
