The Shelter 2.0 design is a digitally-fabricated structure. created to fill the transitional space between living in a tent and being in a permanent home. It’s an Open Design, freely shared, that has been constructed all over the world.
Bill Young
Bill Young, a boat carpenter for most of his life before discovering digital fabrication while manufacturing boat kits, now works for ShopBot Tools and helps with design and fabrication development for the Shelter 2.0 project.
