When Girl Scouts of the USA wanted to add new badges in Robotics, they asked "Making Simple Robots" author Kathy Ceceri for help. Find out how they approached their goal of introducing girls of varying backgrounds to electronics and programming with fun and challenging low tech/no tech activities.
What inspired you to begin investigating your topic or inspired you to make your project?:
Girl Scouts is recognized for promoting confidence in kids and teens. Badges for robotics and other STEM activities present even more leadership growth opportunities and valuable hands-on learning experiences in modern skill sets for future women entrepreneurs.
