The Sextant Tesla Coil consists of two 32 ft towers featuring 8 ft toroids. We have achieved 18 ft sparks between them, and hope to reach 24 ft as we continue to develop the system.
What inspired you to make this project?:
It all started when my friend suggested we make a "giant" 5 ft Tesla Coil.
One thing led to another and after 3 years, $100K+, and a divorce, we have a monstrous functional Tesla Coil that consists of two 32 ft tall towers.
