What inspired you to make this project?:
Fat Cat members were interested in a project that showcased electronics, 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC routing, and classic woodworking techniques. Shooting galleries are a classic fairground game and a high-tech variant seems natural.
The original concept used Nerf blasters or rubber bands, but we switched to ping-pong balls to simplify containment and cleanup.
