An Arduino-powered device that helps you to focus on a task by locking your phone away for a set amount of time. Designed specifically to help students to study free of the distraction of their phones.

What inspired you to make this project?:
My parents were considering getting me a phone, but were concerned about it being too much of a distraction while I was studying. My dad mentioned an idea from a book we've both read (Misbehaving by Richard Thaler); removing the temptation instead of relying on human willpower. We decided that if I created my own version of a device that could help with this, I would get my phone. I've visited Maker Faire once before with my family, and part of the deal was also that I had to have my project accepted in order to be able to return to Maker Faire this year.
