As technology becomes affordable we will find it in many places. We built a simple robot to rake a zen garden, and set it up to be interacted with and driven by the crowds. It provokes the question, “Should we have robots raking our zen garden"?

Jared is partner & lead creative technologist at Argodesign. He designs products by the creedo Think by Making, Deliver by Demo and also makes in order to explore the intersection between technology and the human.

Joey is a trade carpenter and director of Maker Faire Austin. He is the master of the jig, the helper of repetitive tasks and the dance. He also enjoys making interactive art, crowds, and being a sherpa for other makers.
