Carloop

Carloop is an open-source connected car adapter using the Particle platform. It allows you to write apps for your car. For example, you could use it to publish each trip you take, with mileage and fuel economy, to a spreadsheet online!

What inspired you to make this project?:
Current connected car solutions are all closed. I don't want to share information about my whereabouts with a company without knowing how this is used. Carloop is completely open so you know exactly how your information is used.
