#Getting2Yes: Making Makers in Albemarle Schools
#Getting2yes is key! In Albemarle County Public Schools, we've created a variety of maker spaces in which young people and teachers pursue interests, passions, and curricular connections to making. Across 26 schools, our growing culture of makers and making defines a path to life learning for all.

Pam Moran is superintendent of Albemarle County Public Schools, one of the most progressive school districts in the United States. All 26 schools have working maker spaces and support learners to actively engage in seven pathways to transforming learning, one of which is maker-infused curricula. In our learning commons, mechatronics labs, media construction labs and more- making is learning.
