Handmade, locally sourced, and sustainalbe shrubs and bitters. Shrubs are old-fashioned vinegar-based fruit syrups that make great cocktail mixers or natural sodas. Bitters are flavor-inspired tinctures to add complexity to drinks.
Marianne Courville
After a long career in art and photography Courville and her husband went into the wine and spirits business 11 years ago. She then discovered she loved to make bitters and shrubs to compliment the farm distillery growth in the Hudson Valley.
