Chico MacMurtrie is a Brooklyn based artist, the founder of Amorphic Robot Works (ARW) and the Robotic Church. Chico will present the last 10 years of work, pioneering the use of high tensile fabric to create large-scale robotic sculpture.

Chico MacMurtrie is a Brooklyn based artist and internationally recognized for his large-scale, robotic sculpture. Chico MacMurtrie is the Artistic Director of Amorphic Robot Works (ARW), a collective founded in 1991 and dedicated to the creation of anthropomorphic, organic, and abstract robotic forms. His work has received numerous awards and has been exhibited around the world.
