A custom-built electric go-kart for the Power Racing Series using a variety of parts from industrial and consumer products, with hand-built bodywork designed in the Japanese "itasha" style of custom cars with colorful animated character images.

Charles Guan is a MIT Mechanical Engineering graduate and current machine shop & design instructor at MIT. He has built many projects, most of which are rideable in some way, and enjoys producing documentation and references for prospective makers.
