3D-Printable casts are set to replace traditional designs that have lasted over 100 years. With an easy 3D scan, these new casts are tailored for the needs of actual individual patients, making a literal "one-size-fits-all".

A Junior at Saint Peter's Prep in Jersey City, Theo MacMillan is a 3D-Printing enthusiast who created a 3D-Printing club at his school. Since his school's acquisition of 3D-Printers, Theo has been developing the 3D-Printable Cast.
