In a small country like Singapore, innovation is not sezy, its survival. Several initiatives are being put in place to bring the innovation mindset through the Maker movement. We have worked for two years to being the maker spirit successfully to families and will share some of the success stories
Kiruthika Ramanathan
Dr Kiruthika Ramanathan obtained her PhD in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore in 2006. She then worked as a Research Scientist in the field of Cognitive Systems, Learning and Memory. Kiruthika has chaired two Maker Faires in Singapore and works extensively with schools, kindergartens, and families on bringing the Maker movement to the people
