Garret is NASA Launch Services Program Mission Manager at the Kennedy Space Center participating in more than 50 launches while working in the Electrical, Ground Instrumentation, Payload Mission Integration, Telemetry and Project Management divisions. He implements NASA'S CubeSat Launch Initiative that provides educational institutions a non-profit organizations CubeSat launch opportunities.
