The 25-year old Hubble Telescope continues to revolutionize the way humans understand our place in the cosmos. Despite resounding appreciation of Hubble science, much of the cultural and social impact of Hubble has yet to be explored. Filmmaker David Gaynes moderates a distinguished panel.

David Gaynes

David Gaynes is an independent filmmaker whose work has been presented around the world. He recently completed his third feature length documentary, "Next Year Jerusalem," which premiered theatrically in New York and LA and is available on Netflix. "Saving Hubble" endearingly documents the fight to save a beloved scientific icon from becoming space junk. It will premiere on Hulu later this year.
