Bob Martin, brings over 25 years experience in the embedded systems / microcontroller environment to Atmel's MCU applications team. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1987 with a B.S.E.E in Electrical Engineering and has designed, debugged and commissioned embedded systems in the medical, atmospheric research, military, consumer electronics and industrial instrumentation areas.

Fourteen-year-old CEO, Quin Etnyre of Qtechknow, discovered his love of electronics by reading Make magazine four years ago and then attending his first Maker Faire in California. He taught himself embedded electronics, and learned Arduino, an open-source electronics platform and then started his own business, Qtechknow, at the age of 12.

He has written four books for makers, and is a contributor to Make magazine. He teaches at the ITP at NYU. He is a co-founder of Arduino because he believes that open fabrication can change the world. He wants to visit Svalbard someday.

Dr. Michael Wang is a professor at Columbia University and Princeton University, and also the Director of Engineering at a well-funded startup called Future Air. He is very active in the startup community, regularly sharing opinions on STEM. Michael received his BSEE at Princeton University and Ph.D at Columbia University.
