I normally work alone. I've been working with these devices since the late 1970s and am self-taught in programming. I got started with what you would call the maker community about 10 years ago when I was working for Google on Project Soli (a micro-radar transceiver). Most of my work has been on the software side, but I've also built custom PCBs for family and personal projects.
