Maker Faire Rome 2024

Smart Industry in the era of IoT and Digital Twins

Home: Italy

Our project showcases a scaled production line model integrating PLCs, sensors, actuators, and edge computing, merging physical and digital worlds via Digital Twins for real-time monitoring, analysis, and optimization in Smart Manufacturing. Emphasizing human-machine interaction, we use wearable sensors to create operator digital replicas. We'll demonstrate seamless human-machine integration, process improvements, and anomaly detection, promoting Industry 4.0 and 5.0 innovations to industry professionals and the public.
